At TiimoAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Pro license purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 One-Time (Lifetime) License Purchases

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a one-time (lifetime) Pro license, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • ✅ You are unsatisfied with the product for any reason
  • ✅ Technical issues prevent you from using Pro features
  • ✅ The extension does not work as advertised
  • ✅ You accidentally purchased the wrong license

After 7 days:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • License remains valid for lifetime access

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following circumstances:

5. Refund Methods

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
